To ensure that your client makes the best decision, it is helpful to visit the region and tour the properties that they are interested in. There is no substitute for first hand experience, to get a feel of the area and investment opportunities available.

Arranging an inspection tour could not be easier. We will take care of your flights and 4-star hotel accommodation and arrange for your clients to be met at the airport by one of our English speaking team.

 

The Property Inspection Programme

Your clients inspection tour will be most enjoyable and rewarding. We guarantee that they will be treated like people, not like packages and that they will receive the most comprehensive material to ensure that they fully understand the purchasing procedures. Clients will be greeted at the UK departure airport by our UK representative who will provide them with our
   information pack and details of their tour.

Upon their arrival they will be taken to their hotel and given time to relax after the journey.

We will provide a welcome meeting where our team will provide information about the resort, the legalities of    purchasing and our unique after sales service.

We will introduce your clients to the culture of your destination with a special gala dinner.

They will be toured in air-conditioned comfort to the properties of their preference.

At no time will your clients be pressured into purchasing, we respect their wishes at all times.

Depending on the destination, subsidised inspection flights are available from London, Manchester and Dublin. We are happy to assist your clients with any arrangements for connecting flights to these airports.
